Dry Rub For Poultry Recipe

1 tsp: Dry mustard,
1: Bay leaf, crumble

1 tsp: Grated lemon peel,
Directions:
Mix fresh just before using. Rub on chicken or turkey before
barbecuing. Makes enough for 6 to 8 pounds chicken or 2 large
