Drying Soy Jerky Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs: Lean beef, flank; round sirloin tip
3/4 cup: Soy sauce,
1/4 cup: Worchestershire sauce,
1/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1 tsp: Onion powder,
1 Clove: garlic, minced
1/2 tsp: Cracked pepper,
1/4 tsp: Liquid smoke,
Directions:
Cut beef into strips 1/2 inch thick. Combine marinade ingredients in
a large glass baking dish. Add strips of beef, cover and refrigerate
overnight. Drain beef slices. Dry in an electric dehydrator at 145
until pliable. Package in home canning jars, food-grade plastic bags
or seal-by-heat food storage bags.
