Dutch Meatloaf Recipe

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Ground neat,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Breadcrumbs,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
8 ounce: Tomato sauce. w/onions,
2 tbsp: Brown sugar,
2 tbsp: Mustard,
1: Egg,
1 tbsp: Vinegar,

Directions:
Mix meat, breadcrumbs, 1/2 tomato sauce, egg, salt & pepper. Shape
into loaf. Combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 tomato sauce. Pour
over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes. Mrs. Robert F. Lewis
