Dutch Potato Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Mashed potatoes,
Milk,
Butter,
Salt and pepper,
Nutmeg,
3: Egg yolks,
2 tbsp: Tomato paste,
2 ounce: Ham, finely chopped
Butter for frying,

Directions:
Cream mashed potatoes with milk, butter, seasonings and nutmeg to
taste. Remove from heat and add the egg yolks, tomato pur

chopped ham. With floured hands, shape into smalll rolls and fry in
butter until golden brown all over. Drain on absorbent paper and
serve hot.
