Easy Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: I Cant Believe Its Butter,
Spread,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
4 cup: Peeled & sliced peaches OR,
Nectrines or apples,
1 tbsp: + 2/3 c. variety baking mix,
1/2 tsp: Ground cinnamon,
2 tbsp: Firmly packed brown sugar,
2 tbsp: Milk,
Directions:
1. In 1 quart shallow casserole, combine peaches, sugar, 1 tablespoon
baking mix and cinnamon. 2. In medium bowl, mix remaining 2/3 cup
baking mix with brown sugar. 3. Cut in I Cant Believe Its Butter!
until mixture is size of small peas. 4. Stir in milk until moistened;
drop by spoonfuls onto peaches. 5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30
minutes or until toothpick inserted into crust comes out clean.
