Eggplant With Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

2: Thin slices Eggplant, 50gm
2 tsp: Butter, 10gm
1/4 cup: Canned tomatoes, 50 gm
1/2 tsp: Chives, chopped, 2gm
Salt and pepper to taste,
Directions:
Brown the eggplant in butter. Add salt and pepper. Heat tomatoes in a
separate pan and pour over eggplant. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
