Evelyns Delta Mint Tea Recipe

Ingredients:
7 small: Tea bags,
12 Sprigs: mint,
8 cup: Boiling water,
7: Lemons, juiced
3: Lemon rinds,
2 cup: Sugar,
8 cup: Water,
Directions:
Steep tea, mint and lemon rind in boiling water for 12 minutes.
Remove from water. Add juice and sugar. Strain, then add rest of
water. Makes 1= gallon.
