Fauxe Boursin Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Cream cheese,
1 tbsp: Fresh Thyme, finely
Chopped,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1: Garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 tsp: Fresh tarragon, finely
Chopped,
2: Shallots, finely chopped
1/4 cup: Parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp: Chives, finely chopped
Directions:
Cream the cheese with the lemon juice. Add the garlic, the shallots
and the herbs. Pack into a crock and chill until ready to serve. Or,
mold as follows: line an empty 8-oz margarine tub with plastic wrap,
pack in the cheese and chill. When ready to serve, remove from tub,
peel off wrap and garnish on a plate.
Serving Ideas : Serve with unflavored cracker such as Carrs water
wafers
