Shish Tavouk Kebab Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Chicken breasts,
2 tbsp: Olive oil,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper,
1/4 tsp: Allspice,
1/4 tsp: Hot red pepper,
3: Garlic cloves, pressed
Directions:
Skin the chicken and cut into 1 inch cubes. Mix together all the
ingredients. Add the chicken and mix until all the pieces are well
coated. Cover and refrigerate about 10 hours or overnight. Then
thread the cubes on skewers and grill over hot charcoal.
