Flavoured Oil For Stir Frying Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Vegetable Oil,
2 tbsp: Gingerroot, chopped, fresh
2 tbsp: Red Pepper Flakes,
5: Garlic Cloves, fresh, sliced
Directions:
Heat gently for 5 minutes. Cool; transfer to a glass jar. Cover and
refrigerate, do not store at room temperature. Use the oil for
stir-frying.
