Skewered Cheese Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Cream cheese,
1/2 cup: Finely chopped fresh parsley,
Directions:
Form cheese into 24 balls about 1 inch round. Roll in parsley.
Skewer on long bamboo picks. Refrigerate on waxed paper-lined tray,
covered, for at least 2 hours or overnight. Makes 24 appetizers.
*Substitute finely chopped nuts, a mixture of dill and parsley, or a
mixture of equal parts celery seed and coarsely ground black pepper.
