Smackin Cracklin Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Self-rising corn meal,
1 tsp: Sugar,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 cup: Crackers,
1 1/2 cup: Buttermilk,
1 tbsp: Flour,
2 tsp: Melted butter,
1 1/2 cup: Cracklins,
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Form into two pones. Put additional
shortening or drippings on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
You may use a divided iron skillet or cornstick pan. Actually, you
can use a regular on skillet if thats all you have.
