Smoked Sausage Primavera Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
8 ounce: Eckrich Smoked Sausage, cut into pieces
2 cup: Frozen broccoli vegetable mix,
1/4 cup: Water,
3/4 cup: Evaporated skim milk,
2 tbsp: Margarine or butter,
1/2 tsp: Italian seasoning,
1/4 cup: Grated Parmesan cheese,
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Place sausage,
vegetables and water in 10" skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat,
cover and simmer 7-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add milk, margarine and Italian seasoning to skillet. Heat to melt
margarine. Toss sausage mixture with spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.
Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
