Snow Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pint: Boiling water,
3 tbsp: Cornstarch,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
1 Pinch: of salt,
2: Yolks of eggs only,
Directions:
In saucepan put cornstarch, sugar and salt, stir in the boiling water
and stir until it thickens, Remove from heat and fold in the stiffly
beaten egg whites. Serve with whipped cream or your favorite sauce.
