1/2 cup: Sour cream, dairy
1/2 cup: Dates, chopped
2 tbsp: Almonds, chopped
1/2 cup: Miniature marshmallows --,

1/4 cup: Flaked coconut,

Directions:

*Drained Prepare and bake Gingerbread as directed. Combine mandarin
oranges, sour cream, dates, almonds, and marshmallows. Spread over
gingerbread and sprinkle with coconut. Chill to set topping. Yield:
One 8-inch square, about 9 servings
