Sour Cream Ambrosia Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Oranges, peeled & sectioned
1/2 lbs: Green seedless grapes,
1/2: Cantaloupe, chunked
1/4: Pineapple, chunked
1/2 cup: Shredded moist coconut,
1/4 cup: Pecans, chopped
1 cup: Sour cream,
1 tbsp: Honey,
1/4 tsp: Vanilla,
Pomegranate seeds, for garni
Directions:

fruits, coconut and pecans. Stir together sour cream, honey and
vanilla and mix well into fruits. Serve in footed glass dessert
dishes, garnished with pomegranate seeds.
