Southwest Relish Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Tomatillos, Chopped, 6 oz
3/4 cup: Tomato, Seeded And Chopped
3/4 cup: Green Bell Pepper, Diced
3/4 cup: Yellow Bell Pepper, Diced
1/4 cup: Pine Nuts, Toasted, 1 oz
2 each: Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
1 tbsp: Fresh Sage Leaves, Snipped
1 tbsp: Lemon Juice,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
NOTE: Tomato and Pepper measures are approximate. You should use one
medium tomato and the peppers should be small ones.
