Southwestern Marinade Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Lime juice,
1/3 cup: Olive oil,
2 tbsp: Tequila,
2 tbsp: Chopped fresh cilantro,
1 medium: Glove garlic, minced
1 small: Jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,

Directions:
Combine all ingrediants. Pour over peeled jumbo shrimp or
soft-shelled crab and refrigerate 2 hours before grilling. Brush
marinade on while grilling.
