Southwestern Vinegar Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Bottle: White Wine Vinegar,
1 Clove: Garlic, minced
2: Jalepeno Pep Quartered,
3 Sprigs: Cilantro,
1/2: Lime,, halved
5: Sun-Dried Tomatoes --,
Halved,
Directions:
Heat vinegar to boiling. Put remaining ingredients in a glass
bottle. Pour hot vinegar into bottle. Let cool, then cap and store
in a cool place, letting steep for 2 weeks. It turns a pretty red
color and is great in Southwestern dishes
