Spam Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: Spam,
1 cup: Bread crumbs,
3: Eggs, beaten
1 cup: Milk,
1/2: - lb sharp cheese, cubed
1 medium: Onion,
1: Green pepper,
Directions:
Grind Spam, cheese, onion and pepper together. Combine with the
remaining ingredients. Bake in a casserole, covered @ 350 degrees for
1 1/4 hours. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more to brown. From: Jim
