Spam Veggie Pita Pockets Recipe

1 can: SPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed, 7 oz
1 cup: Chopped broccoli,
1 cup: Chopped cauliflower,
1: Tomato, chopped
1: Carrot, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup: Chopped cucumber,
1/3 cup: Finely chopped onion,
1/2 cup: Italian salad dressing,
4: Pita pocket breads, halved
Directions:

broccoli, cauliflower, tomato, carrot, cucumber, and onion. Toss with
dressing. Cover and chill several hours. Spoon salad mixture into
pocket bread.
