Spanish Beef Roast Recipe

Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:
4 lbs: Rolled beef roast,
1 large: Can whole tomatoes,
1 Jar: Spanish olives w/juice,
1/2 cup: Water,

Directions:
Brown the roast in a large pot. Add all ingredients. Bring to a boil,
then cover and simmer until meat falls apart.
