Spanish Squash Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Spanish Quick Brown Rice, (uncooked)
1 medium: Squash, of choice
1 medium: Bell pepper, chopped
1 lbs: Stewed tomatoes, OR...
4: -Fresh tomatoes,
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in an oiled 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover tightly with
aluminum foil or tight fitting baking dish lid. Bake for 30 minutes
at 350 F. or until squash is tender.
