Ingredients:
300 gram: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
4: Eggs,
1/2 liter: Milk,
8 Strips: of bacon,

Directions:
Put flour in a bowl, make a hollow in the middle, add eggs, mix.
Slowly add milk, keep beating till smooth.

Fry the bacon until crisp, put it on kitchen paper to dry off. Save
the fat.

For each pancake, heat 2 tablespoons of bacon fat in 22 cm-pan, put
two strips of bacon into it and pour 1/4 of the batter over it. Turn
