Fried Rice 3 Recipe

Ingredients:
8: Bacon slices, cut into piece
1 cup: Carrot, shredded or finely c
1/2 cup: Onion, chopped
1/2 cup: Celery,
1/2 cup: Peas, cooked
3 cup: Rice, cold, cooked
3 tsp: Soy sauce,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/3 cup: Green onion, chopped

Directions:
Put bacon, carrot, onion and celery into frying pan. Saute until
onion is soft and clear. If it appeard dry, add some cooking oil, 1
tbsp at a time. Add green onion, Saute another 1 or 2 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients. Saute until heated through. Check for salt.
If you are not using soy sauce, you may need more salt.
