Fried Shredded Carrots Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Oil,
2: Garlic cloves,
4: Carrots, shredded
2 tbsp: Tamari,
4 tbsp: Nutritional yeast,
1/4 tsp: Fresh ginger, minced
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic for 1 minute.
Stir in carrots & remaining ingredients. Stir fry for a few minutes,
until carrots are just tender. Serve.
