Fruit Candy Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Pitted dates,
1 cup: Raisins,
1 cup: Chopped nuts,
1 cup: Macaroon, (?) coconut
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Chop dates. Grind raisins through food chopper using medium blade.
Combine dates and raisins and mix well. Add chopped nuts and 3/4 cup
of coconut. Mix well. Form into balls and roll in the remaining
coconut. Wrap in wax paper. Chill. Slice. Store in a cool place in
a covered container. Makes 36 pieces. VARIATIONS: Dried apples,
dates, pineapple, apricots, or other fruits of your choice.
