Fruit Smoked Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Pork chops, smoked
1/2 tsp: Sage, ground
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1/4 cup: Raisins, seedless
1 small: Apple, tart, cored &
Sliced,
1 tbsp: Flour, all-purpose
1/4 cup: Fruit juice, or water
1 1/2 tsp: Vinegar, cider
2 tbsp: Sugar, brown, firmly
Packed,
Directions:
Grill chops over hot coals 10 minutes. Place on heavy-duty aluminum
foil; sprinkle with sage, satl, and pepper. Top with raisins and
apple; set aside.
Combine flour and water; cook over low heat, stirring constantly,
until slightly thickened. Stir in vinegar and brown sugar; pour over
chops. Seal securely. Return to grill for 30 minutes or until tender.
