Fruit Smoothies Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large: Can of diced pineapples in,
Their own juice,
1 cup: Finely sliced strawberries,
1 each: Crushed ice as you wish, (I
Like 3or4cups),

Directions:
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 3 to 4
minutes or until smooth. I use this recipe almost every other day
substituting all different types of fruit. Try it first thing in the
morning, it is a great pick - me - up!!
