Fudge Brownie Pie (rice) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Butter or margarine, melted
2: Eggs,
1/2 cup: All-purpose flour,
1/3 cup: Unsweetened baking cocoa,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Vanilla extract,
1/2 cup: Chopped pecans Whipped cream, optional Strawberries, optional

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat sugar and butter. Add eggs; mix well. Add
flour, cocoa and salt. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into a greased
9-in. pie pan. Bake at 350! for 25-30 minutes or until almost set.
Serve with whipped cream and strawberries if desired. Yield: 6
servings.
