Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients:
1 cup: Cream,
8 ounce: Semi-sweet chocolate, chop
4 tbsp: Butter, softened

Directions:
Bring cream to a boil. Transfer to medium bowl and immediately add
choc. l smooth. Let cool slightly. Whisk in butter by teaspoonfuls.
