German Applesauce Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Ground beef,
1/2 lbs: Ground pork,
1/2 cup: Finely diced onion,
1 cup: Applesauce,
1 cup: Bread crumbs,
3 tbsp: Ketchup,
2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly oil a 9x5x3" loaf pan. In a large bowl,
combine all ingredients, and mix well. Place the meatloaf mixture in
the prepared pan. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Let cool 10-15 minutes.
Turn the loaf out of the pan. Slice and serve.
