German Beef Recipe

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Stew beef,
1/4 cup: Vinegar,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
1: Onion, chopped
1 can: Mushroom,
1 can: Beef broth,

Directions:
Brown the stew beef. Add remaining ingredients except mushrooms.
Simmer for 2 hours. Add mushrooms. Thicken and serve over noodles.
