Spicey Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large: Bag frozen green beans, (or
Equivilent fresh),
1/2 cup: Bulghar wheat,
1/3 lbs: Or so mushrooms,
Halved or quartered,
Depending on size,
1/3 lbs: Or so pepperoni style,
Seitan,
1/2: To 1 cup salsa,

Directions:
put the bulghar wheat in the bottom of a large nuke-proof casserole
dish, Then add averything else, cover and nuke for ten minutes on
high. Stir and nuke for 2 - 3 more minutes, let stand for 5 minutes.
Enjoy

The bulghar soaks up the excess liquid and adds heartiness.
