Spicy American Cheese Filling Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Grated American Cheese,
1 cup: Ground dried beef,
2 cup: Canned tomatoes, ( Juice and
Pulp forced through a fine,
Sieve),
Salt and pepper,
1/2 tsp: Dry mustard,
2 tsp: Tapioca,
1/2 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
Directions:
: Place the tomatoes, salted and peppered to taste, and the
mustard in a double boiler and cook until the mixture boils
violently. Add the tapioca and continue boiling, stirring constantly
until the tapioca is done, about 5 minutes.
Add the American cheese and stir until melted. Remove from the
water and add the beef and Worcestershire sauce. Blend well and cool.
It will thicken as it cools.
Keeps well in the refrigerater for 1 month. Makes 5 c. Jeannie Allen
