1 lbs: Chicken breast, boneless
Cubed,
3/4 tsp: Chili Powder,
1/4 tsp: Hot Pepper Sauce,
3 Cloves: Garlic, minced
1 tbsp: Chives, snipped
1 1/2 tsp: Red Wine Vinegar,
1/2 cup: Nonfat Yogurt,
1 1/2 tsp: Dijon Mustard,
Directions:
1. Trim fat from chicken, put in a food processor. 2. Add the chili
powder, hot pepper sauce, garlic, chives and
vinegar. Process until finely chopped. 3. Form the mixture into
little balls. 4. Coat a non-stick frying pan with no-stick spray.
Heat on Medium
high. Add the meat and cook throughly, about 4 minutes on each
side. 5. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and mustard. Use for dipping.
