Spicy Malaysian Style Beef Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Lean beef bottom round,
Steak, trimmed of fat and
Cut in 1-1/2-inch pieces,
1: Onion, chopped
1: Bud garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp: Jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
1 tbsp: Prepared mustard,
1 tbsp: Light soy sauce,
1 tsp: Coconut flavoring,
1 tsp: Ground coriander,
1/2 tsp: Ground ginger,
1/4 tsp: Ground cumin,
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in an electric crockery cooker and stir
gently to coat meat evenly. Cover and cook at low setting according
to manufacturers directions, until meat is very tender--about 12 to
18 hours. Serve with brown rice and steamed vegetables if desired.
