Spicy Udon Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: EDEN Arame or Hiziki,
1 cup: Water,
2 medium: Carrots, cut into matchsticks
1 package: EDEN Udon or EDEN SOba,
4: Green onions, thinly sliced
DRESSING
1 tbsp: EDEN Hot Pepper Sesame Oil,
1 tbsp: EDEN Toasted Sesame Oil,
1/4 cup: EDEN Ume Vinegar,
1/4 cup: Tahini,
3 Cloves: garlic, minced
1/8 cup: Water or stock,
Directions:
Soak Arame or Hiziki in water for 10 minutes. Simmer for 10-15
minutes. Drain. Lightly steam carrots. Rinse with cold water. Cook
pasta as package directs. Mix pasta, Arame, carrots, and green
onions. Prepare dressing. Add to salad. Mix well. Chill before
serving.
