Spinach Roman Style Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Washed spinach,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Lard or bacon drippings,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
1 tbsp: Shelled pine nuts,
1 tbsp: Raisins,
Directions:
Cook Spinach in 1 cup water, 5 minutes and drain well. Melt leaf lard
or drippings in saucepan, add spinach, salt and pepper and cook 5
minutes longer. Add nuts and raisins and serve. Serves 4.
