Ingredients:
-Karen Thackeray,
1 cup: Mayonnaise *,
1/3 cup: Scallions, sliced
1/3 cup: Parsley sprigs,
1/2 Clove: garlic,
1 tsp: Wine vinegar, or lemon juice

Directions:
*You may use any kind of mayo (reduced calorie, fat free, or
regualr) In blender or food processor, blend all ingredients 30
seconds or until smooth. Cover; chill. Serve with cut-up vegetables.
Makes 1 cup.
