Ginger Cheese Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:
-Prize winning recipe,
2 cup: Flour,
3 tsp: Baking powder,
1/4 tsp: Baking soda,
1/2 tsp: Ginger,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1: Egg, well beaten
1/2 cup: Milk,
1/2 cup: Molasses,
4 tbsp: Melted shortening,
3/4 cup: Grated cheese,

Directions:
Sift flour, measure, and sift with salt, ginger, baking soda, and
baking powder. Combine egg, milk, and molasses. Add to dry
ingredients, stirring constantly. Beat only until smooth. Add
shortening, and fold in grated cheese. Fill well-oiled muffin tins
2/3 full. Bake in hot oven (425

F) 10-15 minutes. 16 servings. Mrs.
