Ginger Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Ginger, minced
2 tbsp: Shallot minced,
1 tbsp: Vinegar rice wine,
2 tbsp: Lime juice,
2 tsp: Soy sauce,
1/4 cup: Oil, olive
1/2 tsp: Oil, sesame
Pepper black to taste,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and whisk to blend well. Makes about 1/2 cup.
Store in refrigerator for a short period. Serve with hearty salads,
fish, beef, or vegetable chunks.
