Gingered Hippolyta Recipe

Ingredients:
3 medium: Pears, very ripe, seeds &, stems removed
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 small: Sliver, ginger

Directions:
Cut the pears into small chunks. Put in a blender with the lemon
juice & ginger. Blend thoroughly at medium speed. Pour into dessert
bowls & serve immediately.. Otherwise, cover the dessert bowls
tightly & store in the refrigerator. Will keep for 3 to 5 days.
