CABBAGE WITH COCONUT
200 gram: Cabbage,
50 gram: Onion,
1: Chile, fresh
1/2 tsp: Salt,
25 milliliter: -water,
50 gram: Coconut, grated
1/4 tsp: Pepper, black
1/2 tsp: Turmeric,
1/2: Lime, juice of
Directions:

Wash and shred the cabbage and place in a pan. Chop onion and chile
and add to the cabbage. salt and water and cook for 5 minutes. Stir,
then add the coconut, pepper and turmeric and cook for a further 2-3
minutes. Sprinkle with lime juice prior to Serving.
