Steak N Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Sirloin steak,
2 lbs: Mushroom caps,
6 tbsp: Butter,
6 tbsp: Olive oil,
1 each: Garlic clove, chopped
3 tbsp: Parsley, chopped
Directions:
Heat in skillet butter and oil. Add mushroom caps and saute about 3
minutes. Add garlic and cook until tender. Sprinkle parsley and
season to taste with salt and pepper. You may wish to add a dash of
worcestershire sauce or sherry. Serve over steak.
