Stuffed Peppersclay Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:
4 each: Large green or red peppers,
1/2 lbs: Ground beef,
Salt, pepper, and nutmeg
6 tbsp: Chopped onions,
4 tbsp: Chopped bacon,
2 tbsp: Parsley, minced
3 each: Eggs,
1/4 cup: Bread crumbs,
1/4 cup: Cooked rice,
Directions:
Soak lid of clay cooker. Mix all ingredients and stuff peppers. Set
stuffed peppers into the cooker. Cover and put into cold oven. Turn
