Swedish Dilled Roast Beef & Red Cabbage Lefse Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Red cabbage, slice paper thin
1 tsp: Raspberry vinegar,
1 tsp: Vegetable oil,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Freshly ground pepper,
1 tbsp: Prepared horseradish cream,
2: Lefse,
1 tbsp: Minced fresh dill,
2 large: Boston lettuce leaves,
4 ounce: Roast beef, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Toss cabbage with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
2. Spread horseradish cream over lefse; sprinkle with small amount of
dill. Top with lettuce, roast beef, cabbage and remaining dill. Roll
up like a burrito.
