Grannys Country Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Dried blackeyed peas,
1 lbs: Sausage,
3 can: Tomatoes,
2 cup: Water,
1 tbsp: Black pepper,
2 tbsp: Garlic salt,
2 tbsp: Chili powder,
Directions:
Cover the blackeyed peas in water and soak overnight. Drain peas.
Saute sausage meat until done. Add tomatoes, water, spices. Simmer
one hour.
