Green Beans In Wine Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: Green beans, cooked
3 slice: Bacon, diced
1 medium: Onion, sliced
3 tbsp: Sugar,
2 tsp: Cornstarch,
3 tbsp: Tarragon vinegar,
1/2 cup: Sherry,

Directions:
Saute bacon and onion. Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and wine. Cook
until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over hot beans; serve.
