Gridiron Green Peppers Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Green peppers,
Water, salted,boiling
1 can: Pork and beans, 21oz
6: Smoked link sausages, chunks
1 tsp: Onion, minced,dried
2 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1/4 cup: Catsup,
1 tsp: Mustard, prepared
Cheddar cheese,grated, opt

Directions:
1. Cut tops off green peppers; remove seeds and membranes.~ 2. Steam
pepper shells over boiling salted water 5 minutes; drain.~ 3. Combine
remaining ingredients except cheese in a bowl; fill pepper shells
with this mixture.~ 4. Place filled shells in ovenproof casserole;
bake in preheated 350F. oven 20 minutes.~ 5. Top with desired amount
of cheese if you like; serve at once.~
